ROSEN HOTELS & RESORTS

Since we have installed the Rhino Wet Waste Filtration System in our six Rosen Hotels
 Resort properties we have eliminated nearly all problems associated with our grease
traps and drain lines, we have even tested not having traps serviced as often and
everything seems to be working fine.

At our monthly engineering meeting where each property is represented by the Chief
Engineer and Engineering Manager Reports are favorable. We find that the weekly
checklist is useful in determining the amounts of solids we are removing from each
property.

The benefit extends to savings as we have seen by falling below the allowed percentage
of BOD's and TSS's within the Orange County Surcharge Program. Since being
installed we have come in under each quarter resulting in thousands of dollars in savings.

We find the Rhino System to be a simple, inexpensive, and effective way to manage our
grease program and improve on our Green efforts here at Rosen Hotels & Resorts.
